Description

The ARCTIC Freezer 4U-M is a server-compatible CPU cooler with an extended contact surface and an improved mounting mechanism. It supports a wide range of Intel and AMD processors, including Intel LGA 4710, LGA 4189, LGA 4677 and AMD SP6, sTR5, SP3, TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8.

This cooler consumes only 2.88 W, ensuring high efficiency in cooling powerful processors with up to 96 cores and a TDP of up to 350 W. It provides 53 mm of RAM clearance, allowing the use of memory modules with moderate heatsinks.

Its compact design, with a height of only 145 mm, makes it ideal for 4U server racks and most 4U consumer cases. The PWM fans are optimized for static pressure and operate in a push-pull configuration, ensuring efficient heat dissipation.

For continuous operation, the fans are equipped with dual ball bearings, offering enhanced durability compared to conventional bearings. The cooler comes with MX-6 thermal paste, improving heat transfer between the CPU and the cooler.
