3D Scanner Creality CR-Scan Raptor

Creality CR-Scan Raptor is a high-precision portable 3D scanner designed for capturing small, medium, and large objects with excellent detail. The device combines blue laser technology and NIR (infrared) structured light, providing flexibility depending on the scanning scenario and required accuracy.

The scanner delivers accuracy up to 0.02 mm, making it suitable for engineering applications, reverse engineering, detailed object digitization, and preparation for 3D printing.

CR-Scan Raptor operates in two main scanning modes. The Blue Light mode uses 7 parallel blue laser lines and is optimized for capturing fine details and complex geometries. The NIR mode is designed for scanning larger objects and enables marker-free scanning in certain conditions, including human body, faces, sculptures, and larger surfaces.

The scanner supports a wide object size range – from 5 x 5 x 5 mm up to 2000 x 2000 x 2000 mm, making it a versatile solution for various applications. The working distance is 150 – 400 mm in blue laser mode and 170 – 1200 mm in NIR mode.

Creality CR-Scan Raptor features a high-resolution 2.3 MP camera, an RGB camera for full-color 3D scanning, and 12 white LED lights that assist in capturing textures even in low-light environments. The device is capable of scanning many dark and metallic surfaces without requiring scanning spray.

The scanner is compact and lightweight, making it suitable for both studio and on-site work. It supports OBJ, STL, and PLY file formats, connects via USB Type-C / USB 3.0, and features a compact design with dimensions 215 x 50 x 74 mm and weight of 372 g. Power supply is 12V / 2A.
