Technical Specifications and Innovations

Key Innovation: The Denver SCR-2010MK2 is designed around one essential principle: independence from a single power source. Its rechargeable battery can be charged using solar energy, manual cranking or USB-C, while AAA batteries provide an additional backup power option for the radio. The radio, flashlight, SOS siren and USB-A output are integrated into one versatile system, keeping the device ready for use in a variety of conditions.

Product Description

When the power goes out, access to information and light becomes essential. The Denver SCR-2010MK2 provides both without relying on a mains power outlet, combining an AM/FM radio, a 1 W LED flashlight and an SOS siren in a compact device weighing just 0.32 kg.

The built-in 2000 mAh (7.4 Wh) rechargeable battery delivers, according to the manufacturer, up to 15 hours of radio playback or up to 12 hours of flashlight operation on a full charge.

When the battery runs low, you can recharge it using the integrated solar panel or USB-C connection. If sunlight is unavailable, the hand crank provides an alternative way to generate power. Just 10 minutes of manual cranking can deliver approximately 1 hour and 28 minutes of FM radio playback.

For additional backup, the radio can also operate using AAA batteries. The telescopic antenna helps improve AM/FM radio reception, while the USB-A output allows you to provide emergency charging for a compatible smartphone or other USB-powered device.

Please note that the 7.4 Wh battery capacity is intended as an emergency power reserve rather than a replacement for a high-capacity portable power bank.

The Denver SCR-2010MK2 is a practical addition to any household emergency preparedness kit and an ideal companion for camping, hiking, travelling and outdoor adventures.

All stated operating times represent maximum values and may vary depending on usage conditions.
